We went to the Lakers vs. Warriors game - thnx to Mr. Anderson - word. It was a back and forth game with lots of dunks - good fun - but the Warriors came up short. Unfortunately the camera wouldn't take any floor shots since the brightlights just washed out - but I'm sure if you're really interested you could find highlights and info here

The car has earned its stripes - Herbert the Fearless and Merciful Travel Idol has got us home safely again - and we're glad to be home after a fun but more soggy trip than we'd hoped. Better luck next time...

Thats a fake exhausted look - we got plenty of sleep at the beautiful Redding Ramada Inn! It was like the four seasons in hawaii only without any of the good parts or the beach, but it did have a wonderful breakfast buffet!

We are almost home. All the roads are quite messy. Looks like we missed the massive flooding and road closures up and down I-5 from yesterday! 90-ish minutes to go...
We saw a news van covering a big 4x4 truck that got swept off the frontage road into a ditch - big news in Winters, CA - the window was left rolled down so we speculated that the dudes got out that way, or were just too hot when the flood hit...
